STACK — Privacy Policy
STACK keeps track of poker chips for a game played with real cards, on a real table. It has no accounts, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking of any kind. This policy describes everything the app stores.
What is collected
- The display name you type when you join a table. You choose it; it does not have to be your real name.
- Table activity — chip counts, buy-ins, bets, and the settle-up totals for the table you are sitting at.
- A random seat token, stored on your own device, so the app can put you back in your seat if your phone loses signal mid-hand.
That is the complete list. STACK does not ask for or receive your email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or device identifiers, and it does not collect anything for advertising.
Where it is kept
Table data is held on Cloudflare Workers infrastructure, in an isolated record for each table, and is used only to run the table you are playing at. It is not sold, shared, or used for any other purpose. The seat token stays in the app's own storage on your device and is removed when you delete the app.
Money
STACK does not process payments and has no connection to any payment service. The chip counts are numbers on a screen; anything you settle with the people at your table happens between you, away from the app.
Children
STACK is not directed at children and should not be used by anyone under the age required by the store you installed it from.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes the seat token from your device. To have a table's records deleted from the server, email the address below with the four-letter table code and it will be removed.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
